Abstract
The incidence of nosocomial infective endocarditis (IE) has increased in the last 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic and the patients might present with overlapping symptoms of heart failure and pneumonia. Simultaneously, COVID-19 is a hypercoagulable disorder that can complicate the postoperative course of a patient undergoing valve replacement. Therefore, the exact pathology of the native valve needs to be evaluated in such patients. We describe a case of a 45-year-old man with a history of non-compressive myelopathy and COVID-19 infection

Shivarjuna is a 2020 Indian Kannada-language masala film written and directed by Shiva Thejas. The film is being produced by M.B. Manjula Shivarjun. It features Chiranjeevi Sarja (in his last role before his unfortunate death) and Amrutha Iyengar along with Akshatha Srinivas in the lead roles. The supporting cast includes Kishore, Tara, Avinash, Kuri Prathap. The score and soundtrack were composed by Surag Kokila, while the cinematography and editing were handled by H C Venu and K. M. Prakash. The film is the remake of the 2004 Tamil film Giri starring Chiranjeevi's uncle Arjun Sarja in the lead role.[1][2][3
